Do I have to pay sales tax?
	You only have to pay sales tax if you are billing or shipping in the state of Florida in the United States. Our shopping cart will calculate the exact sales tax on your order once you have entered the billing and shipping addresses. If you are in the automotive industry and have a valid sales tax resale certificate, please email us at: [email protected] so we can setup your account properly to not charge Florida sales tax. All other US states as well as other countries are not required to pay sales tax at this time.
I have a question on my charges.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card will be charged upon placing the online order, regardless of ship time or stock status. Note that once you have placed an order it is a commitment to purchase and becomes subject to our rules of returns, found here: Please click here for returns / refunds policies.
